Responsibilities
Provide high quality administrative support to students and academic staff.
Take responsibility for the administration of multiple courses on Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught Programmes.
Work on campus at least 4 days per week, considering requests for hybrid working.
Requirements
Typically two years’ or more experience in a role performing academic administration.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal sensitively with people.
Strong organisational skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office and experience of using a student record system.
High levels of accuracy.
