About the role
- Financial Analyst at Ecovias Cerrado analyzing financial impacts and preparing management reports. Responsible for financial projections related to the concession contract assessing project viability.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the concessionaire's main financial statements, including the income statement (DRE), balance sheet, and cash flow. Monitor and analyze monthly accounting closing reports, performing comparisons between actual results and budgeted figures;
- Assess economic and financial impacts resulting from ordinary and extraordinary contract changes (such as FCM, Fator D and Fator C), analyzing their effects on project viability and tariff affordability (modicidade tarifária);
- Analyze historical data and perform statistical analyses to project trends and identify patterns relevant to strategic planning;
- Prepare management reports, technical studies, and presentations to support decision-making by the company's board and unit management, as well as internal and external stakeholders;
- Control and monitor compliance with obligations under financing agreements, including covenants and other financial requirements;
- Prepare and update the concessionaire's cash flow projections, as well as economic and financial feasibility studies for the concession contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in the field;
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite;
