Responsibilities
Active management of a portfolio of mid-sized customers
Development of individual Energy Champion roadmaps for each customer
Conducting business reviews
Close collaboration with customer-side energy managers
Acting as the internal voice of the customer
Building and further developing a small CSM team
Identifying upsell and expansion potential within the existing customer base
Requirements
Background in energy (energy consultant or energy manager)
3–5+ years in energy consulting or experience in energy management
Proven experience implementing or operating an Energy Management System (EnMS), including ISO 50001
Knowledge of relevant energy management system requirements (EED, ISO 50001, BAFA, etc.)
Experience leading a team
Hands-on mentality with direct customer-facing work
Fluent German, strong English
