About the role

  • Customer Success Lead managing energy efficiency for German clients with a focus on energy management systems. Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Active management of a portfolio of mid-sized customers
  • Development of individual Energy Champion roadmaps for each customer
  • Conducting business reviews
  • Close collaboration with customer-side energy managers
  • Acting as the internal voice of the customer
  • Building and further developing a small CSM team
  • Identifying upsell and expansion potential within the existing customer base

Requirements

  • Background in energy (energy consultant or energy manager)
  • 3–5+ years in energy consulting or experience in energy management
  • Proven experience implementing or operating an Energy Management System (EnMS), including ISO 50001
  • Knowledge of relevant energy management system requirements (EED, ISO 50001, BAFA, etc.)
  • Experience leading a team
  • Hands-on mentality with direct customer-facing work
  • Fluent German, strong English
