About the role

  • Intern working in the Product department supporting purchasing and sample control tasks. Collaborating with national and international suppliers in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Support registration, receipt and management of product samples;
  • Organize the sample archive;
  • Assist with issuing, monitoring and reviewing orders/purchase orders;
  • Follow up on communications and alignments with domestic and international suppliers;
  • Perform routine tasks and handle day-to-day demands of the purchasing area.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, Marketing or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Excel;
  • Ability to work well in a team;
  • Responsible and well organized;
  • Basic to intermediate English preferred.
