About the role

  • Coordenar o processo de suprimentos na Construtora Tenda, focando em compras e negociações com fornecedores. Liderar equipe e garantir o cumprimento de políticas empresariais.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the company's direct purchasing process (purchases for construction sites) with support from regional and corporate teams, following company policies to seek the most competitive cost for the company and ensure good service to the construction sites;
  • Coordinate the negotiation of construction services to secure the best proposals according to established parameters;
  • Coordinate the negotiation of construction materials to secure the best proposals according to established parameters;
  • Lead the sourcing of new suppliers for services and materials, ensuring company policy is upheld;
  • Develop strategies and processes for continuous improvement and innovation;
  • Mediate contracts between external suppliers and internal clients to ensure productivity and greater accuracy in the process;
  • Conduct site visits and travel to monitor activities in the states for which you are responsible;
  • Prepare cost reports for presentation to area management;
  • Prepare weekly schedule flow reports based on the construction timelines to enable planned starts of activities;
  • Prepare weekly renegotiation reports for orders that exceeded the contracting budget, for presentation to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, SAP and AutoCAD;
  • Experience in team leadership or coordination;
  • Experience contracting construction services, including negotiation with suppliers and service providers;
  • Willingness to travel.
