About the role
- Analista de Compras Pleno focusing on procurement for events at Grupo Positivo. Responsible for negotiations and supplier management across various internal and external requests.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Mid-level Purchasing Analyst
- Lead negotiations, contracting, and supplier management related to event requirements
- Support multiple departments and business units with a high volume of requests
- Manage purchasing processes for supplies and services for internal and external events
- Negotiate and contract suppliers for promotional items, venues, catering, beverages, decoration, and other event-related services
- Contract and negotiate with travel agencies
- Ensure alignment, quality of service, and compliance with deadlines
- Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance
- Analyze area KPIs and propose improvement actions
- Support development of sourcing strategies and TCO analyses
- Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing
- Experience in negotiation, supplier contracting, and contract management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience purchasing supplies and services for events
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and TCO analysis
- Experience with BI and AI tools applied to operational optimization
- Experience with systems and tools such as Oracle, Linte, CSC, Clicksign, and Neomind
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Organized, analytical, and proactive profile
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests and competing priorities
- Strong negotiation skills and a focus on cost, delivery, and quality
