Collaborative Success: Work alongside Solution Specialists and Partner Managers to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for comprehensive client support.
Customer Advocate: Collect and translate client feedback into actionable data to help us refine our global offerings.
Requirements
Linguistic Mastery: You are bilingual or highly proficient in Swedish, with a fluent command of English.
Proven Track Record: 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or CRM, with a history of hitting or exceeding targets.
Digital Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
Bonus Points if you have: Experience selling Microsoft products (Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365) and Official Microsoft Fundamentals certifications.
