Responsibilities
You maintain and update product and company data with the highest level of care
You monitor changes in VAT legislation for your assigned EU countries and implement the necessary adjustments
You document internal processes related to data and contracts — clearly, traceably and audit-ready
You ensure that information is properly archived and easily retrievable
You work closely with Legal, Product and Operations and act as the interface for data-related questions
You actively contribute to improving data quality and data structures
Requirements
Completed degree, commercial training or equivalent qualification
Experience in data maintenance, back office or document management — you understand the importance of quality and consistency
Very good German skills (at least C1) for precise data handling in our internal systems
Good English skills (at least B2) for collaboration within the international team
Ability to navigate new regulations and willingness to learn — VAT rules are complex, but you enjoy getting to grips with them
Strong attention to detail and a pronounced quality mindset
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
