About the role
- Account Specialist overseeing account management and reconciliation of voucher transactions for shopping centers. Collaborating with multiple departments to optimize payment and voucher services in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- You support the ongoing account maintenance for the voucher business for our shopping centers
- You are responsible for the monthly controls and account reconciliations for the voucher business
- You actively coordinate payment and voucher service providers and maintain an overview
- You are also responsible for designing relevant KPIs for monitoring and reporting
- You quickly identify optimization potential and drive automation initiatives
- In doing so, you work closely with various departments and ensure smooth interface communication
- The position is initially limited to two years.
Requirements
- A successfully completed commercial vocational qualification or equivalent and several years of professional experience in accounting/controlling
- Ideally, you have initial experience in process and project management and enjoy data-driven, analytical tasks
- You are a true team player with a strong willingness to learn, work in a structured and proactive manner, and actively contribute your ideas
- Proficient in common accounting software (SAP) and MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Good command of English completes your profile.
