About the role
- Lead Product Manager directing eBay's Core Monetization Platform strategies and execution. Collaborating with teams to unlock revenue opportunities and ensure product success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for the pricing platform
- Prioritize features and create a roadmap
- Measure product KPIs and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the roadmap
- Regularly report on key metrics and address performance issues
- Drive a culture of quality, customer-centricity, scalability, and reliability
Requirements
- 10+ years as a technical product leader
- 2 years of experience in / related to e-commerce
- Marketplace experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and product growth
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in basic data analysis using tools
