Responsibilities
Define and execute Easygenerator’s partnerships strategy aligned with our company revenue and growth goals.
Integrate our newest product, EasyCoach into the partnerships strategy by identifying new ideal partners.
Support our partners success managers with strengthening our key strategic partnerships.
Track partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and overall ROI.
Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team, ensuring strong execution and collaboration.
Support career development and performance growth within the team.
Work closely with the leaders of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment with the wider organization.
Enable partners with the right messaging, training, and resources to effectively sell and implement Easygenerator's products.
Act as the internal voice of partnerships, sharing insights and opportunities across the organization.
Own partner processes, tooling, and reporting.
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on different partnership models.
Ensure a high-quality partner experience from onboarding through long-term growth.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
Proven experience leading and managing teams.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
