Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with exhibitors by meeting them face-to-face and selling sponsorship packages and additional services.
Keeping our prospects database up to date and expanding it to meet sales goals.
Managing accounts and handling administrative tasks related to bookings.
Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
Outbound sales prospecting in adherence to KPI's
Requirements
Proven experience in exhibition, events, or media sales
Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
Experience selling high-value B2B solutions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Confident selling to senior stakeholders (Founders, Directors, Heads of Marketing)
Highly organised, driven, and commercially intelligent
Resilient, competitive, and thrives under pressure
Second language preferred but not essential
Knowledge of finance or digital sector preferred but not essential
