About the role

  • Payroll and Pensions Assistant joining the team to support the retirement process. Detail-oriented role involving pension-related activities and member communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Pension Hub inbox and respond to queries from both internal and external parties
  • Communicate effectively with members regarding pension-related activities
  • Process opt-ins, opt-outs, and contribution queries
  • Provide completed forms to the Pensions team and liaise with them where necessary
  • Review data quality and ensure it is reported accurately

Requirements

  • An understanding & willingness to learn about the pension’s environment
  • Strong customer service orientation delivering within the organisations service standards
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and pension administration systems
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of the Pension Hub team
