About the role

  • Senior Power Platform Developer creating automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Leading technical approaches and enhancing digital solutions in E.ON's Digital Technology organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on Power Automate, Power Apps and CoPilot Studio.
  • Translate business requirements into robust digital solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and a high level of user experience.
  • Enhance and optimize existing solutions and actively introduce new technical approaches to the team.
  • Ensure technical excellence by applying clean coding, testing, CI/CD, monitoring and security best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and IT, acting as a trusted technical partner.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in AI, Power Platform and RPA and turn relevant insights into real solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers, contribute to code reviews and share knowledge to strengthen the team’s overall expertise.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience developing Power Platform or RPA-based solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps (including Canvas, Model-driven and Code apps) and CoPilot Studio. Blue Prism is a plus.
  • Experience working with APIs and SAP, and combining tools to achieve optimal results.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD pipelines, (automated) testing, monitoring and cloud concepts.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex digital challenges and design structured, pragmatic solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a proactive, autonomous working style, strong ownership and customer focus.
  • Fluent in German and English.
