Responsibilities
You are responsible for developing and implementing a clear brand strategy
With enthusiasm, you orchestrate high-impact brand-hero campaigns and innovative product launches in collaboration with agencies and internal partners
As the central contact for Brand Governance, you continuously refine our corporate design
You lead our media agency strategically and develop a data-driven, full-funnel media strategy
You are responsible for managing and optimizing the media budget
As a strategic sparring partner to the divisional leadership, you work closely with adjacent departments
Requirements
Successfully completed university degree
Extensive professional experience in brand and media management (minimum ten years)
Strategic expertise & KPI management
Operational excellence & campaign execution
Data literacy, technology affinity & innovation mindset
Leadership experience & team management
Communication & language skills (German C1, English B2)
