Responsibilities
You handle all final telephone, electronic and written customer inquiries (first and second level) for a total of 7 different clients.
You assist with recording and maintaining meter data and readings and perform recalculations using the degree-day method for defective meters and cancellation of incorrect settlements.
You manage commercial master data and process billing for our heat cost allocator customers (billing master data according to AVB and HKVO).
You commission and supervise orders for our technical departments and metering service providers.
You carry out pre-litigation dunning/collection procedures as well as accounts receivable/payment processing.
You contribute to the implementation of projects.
Requirements
You have a commercial vocational qualification with additional training (80–120 hours) or are willing to complete one.
You bring extensive knowledge in customer service, particularly in billing and customer care, and possess technical understanding.
You enjoy interacting and communicating with customers, especially via telephone during our service hours.
You are characterized by competent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude, and you demonstrate assertiveness and decisiveness.
Ideally, you already have good knowledge of the billing regulations AVBFernwärmeV, the billing software NTS Suite, and the Heating Costs Ordinance (Heizkostenverordnung/HKVO).
