About the role
- Cloud Developer responsible for developing cloud service delivery models at E-INFOSOL. Implementing automation for cloud resources and migrating applications to the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Developing cloud service delivery models and architectural framework to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
- Implementing automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices.
- Developing and implementing cloud applications and migrating on-premises applications to the cloud.
- Analyzing applications and providing recommendations for platform migration, deployment, and optimization.
- Managing policies for cloud service usage, ensuring a secure cloud environment.
- Ensuring appropriate availability and uptime design for cloud services.
- Designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing cloud software.
- Debugging cloud stacks and managing cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field of study.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position with a large organization.
- Proven experience in cloud architecture and cloud service delivery models.
- Strong analytical skills to provide recommendations for cloud migration and deployment.
- Experience in developing strategies for cloud service failure/recovery and cost optimization.
- Ability to manage cloud policies and ensure secure cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services.
- Proficient in DevSecOps practices and automation tools – GitLab.
- Proficient in container orchestration and security practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
