About the role

  • SAP Sales Executive driving strategic revenue growth by positioning SAP solutions. Collaborating with clients and teams to manage enterprise-level relationships and guide through the full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive pipeline creation and accelerate deal closure.
  • Qualify, manage, and close complex SAP solution opportunities across new and existing accounts.
  • Engage at C‑Suite and senior leadership level to position SAP solutions such as RISE, GROW, SAP Business Data Cloud, and emerging SAP AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, solution architects, and partner ecosystem to shape winning value propositions.
  • Maintain deep insight into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, SAP forums, and strategic partner engagements.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and adherence to sales governance.
  • Mentor junior sales contributors and support continual team enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally within SAP ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in full sales cycle management for large-scale transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of SAP strategy, cloud offerings, implementation models, and industry use cases
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English; strong negotiation and executive‑level presentation skills.
