Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter/in - idealerweise im Wertpapier-, Beratungs- oder IT-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (z. B. Projektmanagement-Zertifikate, Scrum, SAFe©, Kanban)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau
- Gute Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Proaktiver Umgang mit Herausforderungen
- Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren
