About the role

• Last- und Performancetester für IT-Services der dwpbank, verantwortlich für Testmanagement und Softwarequalitätsoptimierung. Arbeiten in einem flexiblen Team an Standorten in Deutschland.

Responsibilities

• Our 17-person team at the Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich locations is the central point of contact for test management at dwpbank.
• We define company-wide standards, document processes and ensure that all test participants can align with them.
• We ensure the performance, stability and scalability of software applications, IT systems and platforms.
• You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing load and performance tests (L&P).
• You will assume technical responsibility for monitoring system resources.
• You will evaluate test results, document them and work with our development team to ensure vulnerabilities and defects are addressed.
• Use your experience to help us migrate our test processes into the cloud environment.

Requirements

• You bring extensive professional experience in load and performance testing, ideally in the banking sector or in a similarly complex IT landscape with heterogeneous systems.
• You are well versed in system architectures, networks and cloud environments and have ideally already supported cloud migration projects.
• You have very good knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Java, Scala).
• You are highly familiar with common performance testing tools, such as Gatling.
• You communicate fluently in German (C1) and have good English skills (B2) to communicate professionally with our subsidiary in Hungary.
• You quickly grasp complex issues, bring structure to topics and can express technical or domain-specific details clearly when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
• You enjoy independently familiarizing yourself with new topics, asking questions, contributing your own ideas and actively supporting the development of the team and shared processes.
