About the role

Responsibilities
- Support for manual testing: execute test cases on different devices, browsers, or operating systems and document test results and any anomalies.
- Maintenance and execution of automated tests: assist in maintaining existing test scripts, run automated tests and analyze the results.
- Test documentation and management: maintain test plans, test cases and test data in tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Excel, and track bugs and their status.
- Reproduce and document defects: reproduce reported issues from support or customers and create clear bug reports with screenshots, logs and reproduction steps.
- Support quality assurance reporting: prepare test results for sprint reviews or QA reports and produce basic analyses (e.g., defect statistics, test coverage).
Requirements
- You are at the beginning of your degree — ideally studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable program.
- If your field of study differs, we still welcome your application provided you have a strong interest in IT.
- You are interested in software quality and have a structured, conscientious working style.
- Initial experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Excel is an advantage but not required.
- You are interested in a long-term working-student position and are flexible in scheduling your hours.
