Responsibilities
- Join our team as a Senior Quality Manager, managing and developing teams across multiple Quality Management disciplines
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, policies, and procedures that drive continuous improvement
- Provide education and coaching on the Quality System to empower teams
- Lead process improvement initiatives and manage resources effectively
- Foster strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee both parts inspection and quality engineering functions
- Ensure consistent site compliance across multiple international locations
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with domestic and international teams
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience
- 6+ years of leadership experience within a related field
- In-depth knowledge of AS9100/9120 standards as well as FAA, CAA, EASA
- Fluent in English on a highly technical and professional level
- Only applicable for candidates aiming to work in Germany: Business fluent proficiency of German
- Solid experience with common ERP systems with SAP being highly preferred
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or any other associate degree in a related field of study
- Previous experience as a functional leader managing an international team
- Familiarity with international regulations and quality standards across Europe for the Aerospace and logistics industry
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Solid competencies in leading employees and the ability to create a motivating and structured work environment
- Profound knowledge of dimensional inspection tools and methods
