- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in the custody process

Requirements
- Completed commercial training, a degree in finance or economics, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in project management or process optimization, ideally from the banking or financial sector
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
- Ability to speak a common language with IT and to translate business requirements clearly
- Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent German (C1) and working English (B1) for professional communication with international stakeholders
- Initial professional experience in the securities environment is desirable but not mandatory
- Analytical mindset and structured, solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to take responsibility and be motivated by challenges
