About the role

Responsibilities
- Support projects to identify tax opportunities (PIS/COFINS, IPI and ISS)
- Assist in preparing, reviewing and amending ancillary tax obligations (tax filings)
- Support the interpretation of current tax regulations under team guidance
- Assist in drafting technical memoranda to clarify client inquiries
- Provide support to the team’s activities across various projects
- Assist in preparing calculations related to tax benefits and tax positions
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Law
- Basic knowledge of indirect taxes (PIS/COFINS, IPI and ISS)
- Previous experience in the tax area preferred (internship or assistant role)
- Basic understanding of tax consulting
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with ancillary tax obligations and fiscal documents
- Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF and Pivot Tables are a plus)
- Introductory knowledge of tax positions preferred
- Basic knowledge of tax litigation (judicial or administrative) preferred
