Responsibilities
- Deliver consultancy and risk assessment services to AESG’s clients.
- Execution of projects.
- Assist in business development activities related to consultancy services.
- Manage multiple client relationships.
- Independently manage, lead and undertake the delivery of projects in a client facing role.
- Assist the External Wall Director by leading one of the project delivery teams.
- Managing and undertaking site survey work and subsequent report writing.
- Inspection, design, and plan review for site inspection works.
- Delivery of projects to high levels of quality to deadlines.
- Assist External Wall Director in commercial management of projects and their delivery.
- Protect AESG liability exposure across projects and manage technical risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Surveying or equivalent.
- Ideally qualified to MSc Degree level with relevant academic or with post academic professional qualifications to carry out the role.
- Required minimum experience: 6-10 years.
- Chartered Engineer (preferred).
