About the role

  • Paralegal handling various work types related to debt recovery for clients in a hybrid office. Work involves collaborating with the Legal Recoveries team in Leeds office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of work types related to the recovery of clients' debts
  • Maintain awareness of relevant client strategies and ensure implementation on cases / projects
  • Achieve individual KPI's and contribution to team performance at a high level
  • Deliver revenue for the team through existing business activity and developing own professional network

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a fast paced office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse information
  • Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (Desirable)
  • Proven track record of success both in terms of financial results and client service (Desirable)
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work (Desirable)
