About the role

  • Manage product portfolios and drive product development initiatives at DuPont. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of products throughout their lifecycle, from strategy to execution.
  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and growth priorities.
  • Lead product planning and decision‑making to maximize customer value and business performance.
  • Drive new product development initiatives, ensuring on‑time delivery and strong market fit.
  • Regularly review product performance and take action to improve results or address issues.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D.
  • Gather and translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into product actions.
  • Support pricing, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure product information, systems, and documentation are accurate and consistently maintained.
  • Champion improvements to customer experience, including digital tools and platforms.
  • Track progress using defined metrics and communicate clearly with key stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and proactively drive solutions.
  • Contribute to global and regional alignment on product strategy and execution
  • Continuously improve ways of working and develop professional skills to increase impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management role
  • Experience with direct customer & end-user interactions
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain and contract operation processes
  • Good understanding of finished product quality aspects
  • Very strong communication and influencer skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results
  • Familiarity with the technical and regulatory requirements in personal protective equipment is preferred
  • Very strong project managements skills & results oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English fluency both verbal and written is a must.
  • Other regional languages are a plus.
