About the role

  • Associate Research Analyst focusing on project appraisal and consulting for Dun & Bradstreet. Managing client interactions and conducting financial modeling while ensuring process adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Execute project appraisal and consulting mandates (TEV, DPR, LIE, ASM), including Greenfield and Brownfield projects, debt restructuring, and project monitoring
  • Review project designs, contracts, schedules, capex, and approvals; assess physical and financial project progress through site visits and analysis
  • Identify risks, deviations, and implementation challenges; monitor expenditure against milestones and highlight corrective actions
  • Manage client interactions, data collection, industry and technical analysis, financial modeling, and preparation of high‑quality analytical reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external technical consultants, ensure process adherence, and present assessment outcomes to clients and lenders

Requirements

  • MBA Finance with Under-Graduate as Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience will be preferred
  • Prior experience of building financial models, Project management/appraisal and executing Debt Restructuring mandates is a must
  • Prior experience of assessing as well as monitoring the projects from technical stand-point, specifically in the capacity of a Civil Engineering expert is a must
  • Candidates must have hands on experience of construction monitoring & project monitoring, specifically project scheduling, cost estimation & cost control
  • Candidates having construction management programs from National Institute of Construction Management and Research will be preferred
