About the role

  • Financial Analyst building financial reporting tools at Dulcedo, a leading talent management agency. Collaborating with finance teams in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain recurring financial reports (sales, budgets, performance), ensuring clear and structured tracking of our key metrics
  • Develop internal reporting in a scalable way: start from Excel exports and progressively optimize toward more robust reports powered by our systems
  • Analyze budget variances and identify root causes, in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Support budget monitoring and performance analysis: contribute to interpreting results and producing day‑to‑day management files
  • Structure and validate financial data from multiple sources, finding the simplest and fastest way to turn it into actionable analysis
  • Contribute to the preparation and evolution of internal financial statements, in support of the finance team
  • Support FP&A mandates and project management initiatives, including implementing ratios, cost tracking and profitability analyses
  • Participate in continuous improvement of tools, templates and reporting methods to increase efficiency, rigor and clarity
  • Collaborate on the role’s future evolution toward forecasting, performance analysis and broader financial steering

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting or a similar role (FP&A, performance, operational finance, etc.)
  • Comfortable with budget management, variance analysis, cost tracking and basic profitability concepts
  • Strong ability to work with imperfect data, structure it intelligently and extract clear, actionable and easy‑to‑explain conclusions
  • NetSuite: a strong asset but not required
  • Able to understand the operational realities behind the numbers and collaborate with teams to obtain the right information from the right place
  • Highly pragmatic analytical mindset: you find the fastest, most efficient path to the right result without overcomplicating things
  • Strong interest in an evolving role toward forecasting, ratio development, performance analysis and FP&A support
  • Autonomous, rigorous, curious, with good prioritization skills and a problem‑solver attitude
  • Bilingual French/English, both spoken and written (for internal collaboration and documentation)
  • CPA designation or CPA in progress: a bonus
