Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the European commercial organization
Contribute to quarterly forecasts across revenue, margins, backlog, cash, and related KPIs
Prepare financial analyses and presentations for monthly and quarterly leadership reviews
Assist with management reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
Analyze product profitability, margin trends, and working capital performance
Work closely with finance managers across European countries to ensure alignment
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions
Lead the documentation and improvement of OPEX governance and expense management processes across Europe
Map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose standardization opportunities
Develop clear guidelines and best-practice documentation
Present recommendations and outcomes to the Finance Director and broader finance team
Requirements
Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency
Good understanding of financial and accounting principles
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and work independently
Prior internship experience in finance or accounting (preferred)
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) (preferred)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (preferred)
