Responsibilities
Delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience
Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skills
Deliver the highest of Customer Service standards
Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores
Operate a cash register efficiently, including Credit Card transactions
Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues
Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom
Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash
Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
At least 6 months of luxury retail experience
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
Capability to lift 40-60 pounds
