Responsibilities
Drive co-development and implementation of public affairs and advocacy campaigns, which align with the organization's business goals and values, to influence policy and regulatory decisions.
Ensure an aligned approach on PA standards, priorities and plans.
Foster internal awareness of external policy and regulatory developments, to help Business Units and Group functions to anticipate, assess and tackle challenges and opportunities.
Help the organization build and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, policymakers, industry and civil society stakeholders at international levels.
Support and guide business and regulatory teams to advocate for policies and regulations that benefit our business’ interests and industry.
Collaborate with and support relevant industry associations, trade groups, and other external organizations to advance shared objectives.
Represent the company in public forums and industry events.
Requirements
Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, lobbying, or a related role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful public affairs and government relations campaigns.
Familiarity with EU institutions and EU policymaking processes.
Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex policy and regulatory landscapes.
Proficiency in legislative analysis, impact assessment and policy advocacy.
Strong oral and written communication skills with high level of proficiency in English and at least another EU language.
