Responsibilities
Assurer une assistance technique réseau de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs
Support et conseil aux utilisateurs
Fournir un support technique de premier niveau pour les problèmes matériels, logiciels et de connectivité
Conseiller les collaborateurs sur les bonnes pratiques d’utilisation des outils informatiques
Effectuer une analyse initiale et résoudre les incidents avant escalade si nécessaire
Accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs dans la mise en place de leur environnement IT (comptes, équipements, applications)
Assurer la récupération et la gestion des équipements lors des départs
Distribuer et configurer les nouveaux ordinateurs portables et périphériques
Assurer le remplacement et la mise à jour des équipements si nécessaire
Intervenir sur les migrations de données et systèmes lorsque l’exécution à distance n’est pas possible
Garantir la continuité des opérations pendant les activités de migration
