  • Field Service Technician implementing and supporting time tracking and access control systems for medium-sized businesses. Join our specialized team in Berlin-Brandenburg area.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware components
  • Fault analysis, troubleshooting and carrying out repairs
  • Maintenance of customer systems in the areas of time tracking and access control
  • Supporting customers during commissioning
  • Assisting our support team
  • Maintaining and updating existing documentation

Requirements

  • Whether you're a career changer, fitter/installer or electrician — the key is that you have good hands-on skills
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assignments occasionally for 2–3 days
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
  • Good German language skills
