Bid Manager supporting the commercial development of Doxallia with a focus on document management. Collaborating with teams to respond to bids and offers from clients.
Responsibilities
Support the Sales Management during the upstream phases to:
Analyze our clients’ needs,
Ensure proper qualification of opportunities,
Provide decision-making support for go/no-go decisions;
Apply and adhere to all Bid Management processes and best practices;
Coordinate the stakeholders involved in the response: finance, technical, legal, partners, subcontractors;
Lead the project team and contribute to drafting the proposal;
Present and validate the technical and financial proposal internally during ad hoc reviews;
Defend the offer with our clients up to contract signing;
Support the project during the handover phase to Delivery teams;
Propose improvements and contribute to the industrialization of our methods and the enhancement of our knowledge base.
Requirements
Experience in managing development projects
Experience in document management and data-related sectors
Good knowledge of various Delivery and engagement models
Degree in Engineering or Master’s (BAC+5) with a specialization in Marketing or a Business School background and significant experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years)
Analytical and synthesis skills
