About the role

  • Information Technology Analyst at Dow managing solutions in Midland or Houston. Collaborating on business processes and technical requirements to deliver effective IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, define, and document solutions to meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements
  • Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot integration processes
  • Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications
  • Lead and/or implement continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure established SLA and KPI metrics are met
  • Assist with project shaping arrangements and workload planning
  • Design, configure, and support data and application integrations across systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or minimum of 3 years relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Familiarity with SAP systems, ETL concepts, and common database and application integrations
  • Knowledge of web communication protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, ODATA)
  • Understanding of common authentication methods (SSO, OAuth, SAML, Basic, Keypairs)
  • Experience with Windows and Linux system administration (Active Directory knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong working experience in a cloud environment (Azure)
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and toolsets
  • Automation and scripting skills like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and IaC templates
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and time-management skills
