About the role

  • Marketing Category Manager leading strategic marketing initiatives across EMEA for Ingram Micro. Driving impactful campaigns and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives across UCC, DCPOS, Pro AV, and Physical Security categories.
  • Be the key connector between vendors and internal teams.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across EMEA.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and secure marketing funding.
  • Consolidate and manage multi-vendor marketing plans.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of campaigns, events, and enablement programs.
  • Use marketing automation tools for targeting and performance tracking.
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as campaign ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns and report outcomes.
  • Present strategic recommendations and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing is required.
  • Proven success in vendor relationship management.
  • Strong project management skills with multi-country coordination experience.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Visio and Project experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
