Partner Marketing Manager at Benifex developing co-marketing strategies for strategic partners. Overseeing joint initiatives to drive pipeline growth and enhance partner engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive joint demand generation and pipeline growth.
Build strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary marketing contact and ensuring alignment on shared goals and priorities.
Plan and deliver co‑marketing campaigns, including webinars, events (both virtual and small in‑person activations), co‑authored content, social media initiatives, and other joint programs.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product marketing, digital, events, CS) to create compelling “better together” value propositions and co‑branded campaign assets.
Track and report performance of partner campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation and future scaling.
Enable partners with co‑marketing resources, toolkits, messaging, and support to strengthen their go‑to‑market efforts.
Stay informed on partner ecosystem developments and market trends to identify new opportunities for collaboration and cross‑pollination.
Support occasional partner events or activities that may require travel (approximately once per quarter).
Requirements
Experience in Partner Marketing , Channel Marketing , or similar
Experience in a B2B marketing environment (ideally within HR Tech, Benefits and/or SaaS)
Comfortable working in an early‑stage or “building” environment — creating processes, testing ideas, and iterating
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
Bonus points for:
• Experience building a partner program or co‑marketing function from scratch
• Event marketing or demand generation exposure
• Experience developing messaging and content from the ground up.
