About the role

  • Partner Marketing Manager at Benifex developing co-marketing strategies for strategic partners. Overseeing joint initiatives to drive pipeline growth and enhance partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive joint demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary marketing contact and ensuring alignment on shared goals and priorities.
  • Plan and deliver co‑marketing campaigns, including webinars, events (both virtual and small in‑person activations), co‑authored content, social media initiatives, and other joint programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product marketing, digital, events, CS) to create compelling “better together” value propositions and co‑branded campaign assets.
  • Track and report performance of partner campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation and future scaling.
  • Enable partners with co‑marketing resources, toolkits, messaging, and support to strengthen their go‑to‑market efforts.
  • Stay informed on partner ecosystem developments and market trends to identify new opportunities for collaboration and cross‑pollination.
  • Support occasional partner events or activities that may require travel (approximately once per quarter).

Requirements

  • Experience in Partner Marketing , Channel Marketing , or similar
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment (ideally within HR Tech, Benefits and/or SaaS)
  • Comfortable working in an early‑stage or “building” environment — creating processes, testing ideas, and iterating
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Bonus points for:
  • • Experience building a partner program or co‑marketing function from scratch
  • • Event marketing or demand generation exposure
  • • Experience developing messaging and content from the ground up.
