Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute both digital and in-person events that align with our marketing goals
Handle logistics and day-of support for virtual and in-person events
Manage smaller 3rd party event sponsorships and co-hosted partner activities
Ensure the event and email calendars are updated
Carry out basic data entry for various tasks
Monitor and record receipts and invoices
Support the marketing department's initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs
Write and proof copy for different marketing materials
Execute marketing campaigns and activities in line with the marketing plan
Requirements
At least 2 years of marketing experience
Email and social media skills
Excellent time management
Event planning experience
Team collaboration
Strong communication skills
Commercial judgment and initiative
Experience with marketing automation and CRM: Hubspot is a plus.
