Responsibilities
Responsible for quoting new implementation projects.
Supporting the Pre Sales team in new business pitches and aide requirements gathering.
Responsible for supporting the dedicated Onboarding Team in delivering new client onboardings through provisioning, design and implementation of the Dotdigital platform.
Enable and empower the customer to use the platform efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all solutions are robust, scalable and set up to increase platform adoption.
Provide both reactive and proactive technical consultancy of the Dotdigital Platform.
Responsible for quality of setup and ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times.
Work with the wider Consultancy team to provide expert industry advice and support.
Liaise with the Product team to provide both market insight into partner technologies and feedback on our customers' requirements.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Department to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality.
Responsible for providing technical guidance and solution handover training to the client.
Responsible for supporting and collaborating with the wider Consultancy team when the implementation project stretches across a multitude of teams to gain maximum impact and client satisfaction during delivery.
Fully understanding of their application environment and data to provide insightful and effective design recommendations for integration in a timely and impactful manner is needed.
Requirements
Graduate to 1 years experience implementing a SaaS software solution.
University degree in Computer Science or similar.
Self-motivated and innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
Experience in testing & triggering Restful APIs.
Understanding of web frameworks and experience with web development languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript).
Basic understanding of eCommerce & CRM Solutions. (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics etc)
Basic knowledge of Office 365 Suite & Postman.
