About the role
- Implementation Consultant at Dotdigital working closely with clients to ensure effective platform utilization and adoption. Driving technical transformation and delivering solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for quoting new implementation projects.
- Supporting the Pre Sales team in new business pitches and aide requirements gathering.
- Responsible for supporting the dedicated Onboarding Team in delivering new client onboardings through provisioning, design and implementation of the Dotdigital platform.
- Enable and empower the customer to use the platform efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all solutions are robust, scalable and set up to increase platform adoption.
- Provide both reactive and proactive technical consultancy of the Dotdigital Platform.
- Responsible for quality of setup and ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times.
- Work with the wider Consultancy team to provide expert industry advice and support.
- Liaise with the Product team to provide both market insight into partner technologies and feedback on our customers' requirements.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Department to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality.
- Responsible for providing technical guidance and solution handover training to the client.
- Responsible for supporting and collaborating with the wider Consultancy team when the implementation project stretches across a multitude of teams to gain maximum impact and client satisfaction during delivery.
- Fully understanding of their application environment and data to provide insightful and effective design recommendations for integration in a timely and impactful manner is needed.
Requirements
- Graduate to 1 years experience implementing a SaaS software solution.
- University degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Self-motivated and innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
- Experience in testing & triggering Restful APIs.
- Understanding of web frameworks and experience with web development languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript).
- Basic understanding of eCommerce & CRM Solutions. (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics etc)
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 Suite & Postman.
