About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and delivery of trainings and learning journeys (in-person, digital, hybrid) for mid-sized clients and large corporations
  • Engaging training and coaching projects with a focus on B2B sales
  • Sales B2C – at point of sale and over the phone
  • Consultative Selling
  • Value Selling
  • Sales questioning techniques
  • Attitude & presence in sales
  • Video production within training and qualification concepts
  • Training and coaching concepts according to modern standards (including AR/VR)

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience
  • Proven sales experience, ideally with hands-on sales background as well as experience in sales training and coaching
  • Completed coaching qualification (at least 2 years of practical coaching experience; Mimikresonanz® and/or other complementary qualifications are a plus)
  • Understanding of motivational systems, functions of emotions, and strong cognitive empathy
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Willingness to travel
