Responsibilities
- Je coacht en faciliteert een team van 4 professionals.
- Je regisseert de maandelijkse groepsrapportages en jaarrekeningen conform IFRS en Dutch GAAP.
- Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor externe accountants.
- Je ontwerpt oplossingen voor inefficiënties en voert deze uit.
- Je pakt de handschoen op in afwezigheid van de Head of Finance.
Requirements
- Je bent analytisch messcherp, communicatief tactvol en beschikt over een natuurlijk gezag.
- Je hebt een master in finance of accounting.
- Een afgeronde RA- of AA-titel (of de ambitie daartoe) is voor ons de gouden standaard.
- Je hebt vlieguren gemaakt in de auditpraktijk of een complexe corporate omgeving.
- Je weet hoe je een team naar een hoger niveau tilt.
- IFRS en Dutch GAAP stromen door je aderen.
- Ervaring met HGB is een pluspunt.
- SAP en Excel hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
- Sterke affiniteit met AI-toepassingen en nieuwsgierigheid naar rapportageprocessen en data-analyse.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste. Kennis van het Duits is een groot pluspunt.
