About the role
- Solutions Architect responsible for blending technical expertise with communication skills to support Docebo's AI-powered learning solutions. Collaborating with sales and customer success teams throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Gathering requirements, scoping out technical integrations and presenting technical solutions to customers
- Collaborating on sale proposals and the creation of statements of work
- Addressing solution-based challenges which our customers may have in collaboration with their Customer Success Manager and Account Manager.
- Providing mentorship and support to you other colleagues
Requirements
- Deep technical experience in similar roles (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, Presales)
- Previous experience working in a pre and post-sales role
- Fluent English
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to code in at least one object-oriented language (PHP, Python)
- Strong knowledge of industry standards such as REST, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems such as LDAP, SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS
- Ability to travel as needed
