About the role

  • Rebooking Administrator managing contracts with vendors and lessees, optimizing workflows and ensuring compliance with company regulations. Collaborating with internal and external customers for excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts with vendors and lessees, within the rules and regulations of DLL
  • Generate and distribute daily activity reports for workflow
  • Assist with creating and maintaining policies, procedures and training material
  • Identifies and logs system defects
  • Participate in the analysis of the clients’ intentions/needs in close cooperation with sales and translates clients’ needs into a correct and timely solution
  • Actively communicate with BU’s, Operations Team Members, the Partner Pass-through Team and other Shared Services to improve performance and optimize co-operation
  • Process inquiries according to SLA parameters
  • Proactive follow-up
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and/or lessees.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Customers (internal and external) to provide excellent customer service.
  • Learn, perform and train activities as assigned to team
  • Complete team projects as they are assigned
  • Process all equipment, service and usage rebook types: Members update contract parameters and submit for approval to one up supervisor via the current operating system
  • Maintain receivables and cash receipts related to any account maintenance transactions
  • Identify and perform account reconciliations on an as needed basis and ensure they are executed timely and accurately
  • File documents in digital archive, make internal notes in OLM as needed
  • Receive and handle all inbound correspondence (mail, phone, e-mail)

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in leasing, customer service and account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in OLM and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good understanding of accounting (debits and credits).
  • Able to reconcile differences in AR, tax rates, due dates, contract set up/structure.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Ability to follow established/documented procedures and decision-making skills based on specific variables.
  • Candidates must have strong analytical, organization, reconciliation and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Good “Customer Service” skills.
