Responsibilities
- Earn Customer Trust: Demonstrate customer empathy and be the face of Distyl, managing relationships from end-users to executive stakeholders
- End-to-end Workflow & Outcome Ownership: Identify the most valuable problems to solve. Embed yourself in the customer's workflow to understand it better than the users themselves. Ensure high accuracy and reliability to achieve the desired outcomes. Take ownership and accountability for the success of the customer engagement
- Leadership: You and a technical lead will be jointly responsible for leading a team to deliver results to the customer

Requirements
- A proven record in managing complex projects or strategic leadership roles, with demonstrable experience in client-facing positions within AI or technology integration
