About the role

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the enterprise data and AI governance program
- Design, implement, and operationalize AI governance controls alongside data governance practices.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, and/or a related function within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
- 10+ years of people management experience including responsibility for performance management and career development of direct reports
- 5+ years of experience in leading Data Stewardship
- 5+ years of experience leading Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance Programs
- 5+ years of experience collaborating and communicating across Information Technology and Information/Government Security Functions
