Business Development Representative at Disruptive Advertising initiating and qualifying prospects. Driving relationship building with clients to help achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Initiate and qualify prospects and leads
Proactively mine our CRM to identify companies that would benefit from our services
Conduct outbound outreach to our target ICP
Maintain accurate daily updates in our Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Spark conversations, nurture warm connections, and convert them into opportunities
Following structured sales processes that keep our pipeline healthy
Requirements
1-2+ years experience in a BDR role
1+ years experience preferred working in Hubspot
Experience with social tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Agency experience preferred
Professional written and verbal communication experience (will be communicating with Owners, Marketing Directors and C-suite executives on a daily basis)
Ability to listen, think quickly and respond to potential clients
Desire to learn online marketing a must
Proven record as a top performer in a sales oriented role
Computer proficiency is a must
