About the role

  • Business Development Representative at Disruptive Advertising initiating and qualifying prospects. Driving relationship building with clients to help achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and qualify prospects and leads
  • Proactively mine our CRM to identify companies that would benefit from our services
  • Conduct outbound outreach to our target ICP
  • Maintain accurate daily updates in our Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Spark conversations, nurture warm connections, and convert them into opportunities
  • Following structured sales processes that keep our pipeline healthy

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years experience in a BDR role
  • 1+ years experience preferred working in Hubspot
  • Experience with social tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Professional written and verbal communication experience (will be communicating with Owners, Marketing Directors and C-suite executives on a daily basis)
  • Ability to listen, think quickly and respond to potential clients
  • Desire to learn online marketing a must
  • Proven record as a top performer in a sales oriented role
  • Computer proficiency is a must
