About the role

  • Talent Consultant providing professional talent acquisition support for DISHER's customers. Leading the recruitment process and building candidate relationships to connect the right talent with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional talent acquisition support for customers
  • Lead and coordinate the recruitment process (planning, sourcing, screening, and hiring)
  • Find, foster, and nurture relationships with candidates and customers
  • Strive to connect the right person with the right position

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering (or similar).
  • Previous sales or recruiting internship experience.
  • A professional, patient, and positive attitude.
  • A team-based and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to execute with excellence.
  • Tremendous time management skills with strong organizational techniques, and possess a keen sense of urgency in a continual changing work environment.
  • Candidates must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States of America for any employer without restrictions or expirations.
