• RPA Developer at Directio, automating business workflows using UiPath and Microsoft 365 services with a hybrid working model from Manila.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Designing and documenting RPA solutions, mapping out process automation strategies that meet business requirements and efficiency goals;
• Developing and implementing robotic process automation solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, ensuring scalability and performance;
• Writing, testing, and maintaining efficient automation scripts, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of RPA workflows;
• Integrating RPA solutions with existing systems and applications, collaborating with development teams to streamline operations;
• Conducting thorough testing of RPA implementations, identifying potential issues and ensuring quality before deployment;
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues encountered during development, testing, and production phases;
• Producing detailed documentation for automated processes, ensuring clear guidelines for future enhancements and maintenance;
• Tracking project progress, monitoring tasks and milestones necessary for successful RPA deployment;
• Analyzing and optimizing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance process efficiency;
• Ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates, managing risks, and addressing concerns proactively;
• Maintaining daily monitoring of service deliverables, ensuring consistent quality in automation operations;
• Preparing and submitting reports, documenting RPA performance metrics and operational insights;
• Ensuring business continuity by flexibly assisting team members, providing support as needed to maintain workflow efficiency;
• Expanding knowledge in business processes and IT-related automation strategies, continuously improving expertise in RPA solutions;
• Mentoring and training junior developers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices to enhance the capabilities of the automation team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software development, automation, RPA, or a related field;
• 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in UiPath RPA development, including design, deployment, and support of production-grade automations;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud Services, including SharePoint, SharePoint Lists, Power Automate Cloud Flow, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, and OneDrive;
• Expertise in UiPath tools – Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub, with proven ability to manage and scale automation workloads;
• Strong proficiency in designing and developing Power Automate workflows, integrating various applications and data sources;
• Advanced skills in exception handling, data manipulation, and workflow optimization within UiPath;
• Experience working with OCR and document understanding frameworks to automate data extraction processes;
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, and best practices for testing and deployment;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to troubleshooting;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document and present technical details clearly and concisely.
