Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle for risk management and trading algorithm tools – from strategy to execution.
- Collaborate with traders, risk managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into product features.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the trading and risk management landscape within the iGaming industry.
- Ensure delivery of effective tools that enhance decision-making and risk mitigation for live traders.
- Prioritize product backlog and define clear requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Use data and performance metrics to guide product decisions and improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on risk management and trading tools.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management principles and trading algorithms.
- Previous experience working closely with traders and risk managers.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
